Club Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026 · These terms govern clubs and organisers ("you", the "Club") using Sideline Labs, operated by Bubba Digital Ltd. Supporters who buy through a club's pages are covered by the separate Supporter Terms.
1. What Sideline is — and isn't
Sideline provides software: public pages, checkout, rosters, fixtures, coaching tools, and reporting. The Club is the seller of record for everything sold through its pages — tournament entries, camp places, sponsorships, memberships. The Club delivers what it sells; Sideline is not a party to the sale.
2. Money
- Payments are processed by our payment providers into the Club's own connected payout account. The Club completes identity checks (KYC) required by the provider before payouts flow.
- Our fee is shown on every public page — the total, our slice, and the Club's share. It is deducted per transaction; there are no subscriptions and no hidden charges.
- Refunds of a sale are the Club's decision and obligation, per the refund position stated in the Supporter Terms; our fee on a refunded transaction is returned.
3. The Club's data promises
For member and player data the Club records in the platform, the Club is the data controller and Sideline is its processor. The Club promises it has the authority to record that data (including a guardian's authority for any child) and that it will answer its members' data-rights requests, with our help. We process that data only to run the service, apply the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, engage only the subprocessors listed there, and delete or return it when the Club leaves.
4. Children
The platform is designed so children never need accounts: guardians book, pay, and manage child profiles. The Club must not use the platform to collect information from children directly.
5. Acceptable use
- Sell only genuine club activities you can deliver.
- No unlawful content or activity on public pages.
- Future fundraising features (raffles, draws) may only be used by a Club holding the required registration, permit or licence — the Club is always the promoter, and those features carry additional terms.
6. Suspension and module freezes
We can suspend a Club or disable a feature module if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, or if a regulatory issue requires it. Money already collected for the Club still settles to the Club, less any amounts a payment provider lawfully withholds.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for a Club's events, coaching, or obligations to its buyers, nor for losses from a Club's breach of its promises above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability to a Club in any 12 months is capped at the fees we earned from that Club in those 12 months.
8. Ending
A Club can leave at any time and take an export of its data. We give 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use the platform after that is acceptance.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes go to its courts — except that clubs in the Republic of Ireland keep the protections of Irish law that apply to them.
