Supporter Terms
Last updated 6 August 2026 · These short terms apply when you pay for something through a club's Sideline Labs page — a tournament entry, a camp place, a sponsorship, or a membership. By paying, you accept them. No account is needed.
1. Who you're buying from
You are buying from the club, not from Sideline. The club runs the event, delivers the thing you bought, and receives your money in its own account. Sideline provides the page and the checkout, and takes the fee shown on the page.
2. Prices and fees
The price you see is the price you pay. Every page shows the total, Sideline's fee, and the club's share — no surprises at checkout.
3. Confirmations and receipts
You get an email confirmation for every successful payment. If you paid and received nothing within an hour, email support@sidelinelabs.io with the club and event name.
4. Refunds and cancellations
- Tournament entries: refundable if the organiser cancels the event or cannot offer your team a place. Withdrawing your team is at the organiser's discretion, stated on the event page.
- Camp places: refundable in full if the club cancels the camp or the dates change materially. Cancelling a booking follows the club's policy shown at booking.
- Sponsorships: refundable before your placement goes live; afterwards at the club's discretion.
- Refunds are the club's decision within these rules; Sideline returns its fee on any refunded payment. Statutory rights are not affected.
5. Children
Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian, who confirms they have the authority to book and to share the child's name with the club.
6. Future fundraising draws
When clubs run raffles or draws through Sideline, entry will be 18+ only, the club will be the licensed promoter responsible for prizes, and additional terms will be shown before you enter.
7. Your data
What we do with your name and email is in the Privacy Policy — the short version: it goes to the club you paid, we email you about the thing you bought, and nobody advertises to you.
